This is the policy of operation and management of Video Information Processing Devices for LTC website
1. Basis and purpose of installation of Video Information Processing Devices
2. Number, location, and coverage area of installed VIPD
3. Person and department in charge of VIPD management, and persons authorised to access video information
4. Recording hours, retention period, retention place and processing method of video
5. Method and location used by VIPD operators to review video information
6. Measures to information owner’s request for video information access
7. Technical, managerial and physical measures for protecting video information
8. Other matters required for the installation, operation and management of VIPD (or matters on modification of privacy policy)
LT Entertainment Co., Ltd. (the “Dream Tower Casino” or the “Company”) hereby informs the public on the Company’s policy on operation and management of Video Information Processing Devices (VIPD), and how the information is used, managed, and processed by the Company.
The Company installs and operates VIPD in accordance with Article 25 (1) of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and the Regulations on Installation and Management of Casino Video Information Processing Devices of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province
• VIPD are used when necessary for prevention and investigation of crime
• VIPD are used when necessary for facility safety and fire prevention

Processing method:
• The Company shall maintain record of provision, destruction and/or review of video information to third parties when such information is used for purposes other than as personal video information.
• The Company shall shred or incinerate hard copies or printed materials (such as photographs) containing personal video information when they are no longer necessary. Electromagnetic file-based video information shall be irreversibly erased using appropriate digital techniques.
• Method of Review: Make request to the Manager in Charge of VIPD
• Location of Review: Hotel Surveillance or Casino Surveillance Office
• You may request review and/or verify existence of your personal video information to the Manager in Charge of VIPD. Such request shall be limited to your own personal video information, or video information with immediate and urgent need to ensure protection of owner's life, body, and personal properties. The Company shall provide necessary arrangement without delay upon receipt of any request made to review, verify, and/or delete personal video information.
• The Company may reject any request pertaining to personal video information in following cases. The Company shall provide you in writing the reason for rejection within 10 days of such decision.
① When the video is no longer available by destruction past retention period
② When a justifiable reason exists for rejection to the information owner’s requests including request for access.
• Encrypted storage of personal video information
• Controlled access and limited authorization to access personal video information
• Record and maintain log of access to the personal video information such as purpose, person, and time of review in order to prevent any tampering or changing
• Maintain physical security or provide access locks for secure physical storage of personal video information
This Policy on the Operation and Management of Video Information Processing Devices was established on 11/24/2020 and, upon addition, deletion and amendment of this policy due to any changes in laws, regulations, policies or security technologies, the Company shall make a public notice of the reason and description of that modification at least 7 days prior to execution.
